Ingredients
2oz Tequila/Mezcal (or Ritual Tequila Alternative or Escape NA Mezcal)
splash of Triple Sec (or Lyre’s Orange Sec)
1oz lime juice
1-2 dashes bitters
4oz ginger beer
Lime wheel garnish
Recipe
In a copper mug filled with ice, add tequila, triple sec, lime juice and bitters; stir
Top off with ginger beer
Garnish with lime wedge
*In the episode, we added some Mezcal and bitters, after making the drink with the above recipe. Feel free to experiment!
