Ep. 10 - Mexican Mule + Being Authentic

Ingredients

  • 2oz Tequila/Mezcal (or Ritual Tequila Alternative or Escape NA Mezcal)

  • splash of Triple Sec (or Lyre’s Orange Sec)

  • 1oz lime juice

  • 1-2 dashes bitters

  • 4oz ginger beer

  • Lime wheel garnish

 

Recipe

  • In a copper mug filled with ice, add tequila, triple sec, lime juice and bitters; stir

  • Top off with ginger beer

  • Garnish with lime wedge

*In the episode, we added some Mezcal and bitters, after making the drink with the above recipe. Feel free to experiment!
