Ep. 20 - Smoked Orange Maple Penicillin + What is Repentance?

Ingredients

  • orange slice

  • 1.5oz Scotch (or Escape Green Label)

  • 0.5oz Maple Bourbon (or Free Spirits Spirit of Bourbon)

  • 0.5oz ginger syrup

  • 0.5oz maple syrup

  • 0.75oz lemon juice

  • orange peel (or slice)

 

Recipe

  • Place one orange slice, ginger syrup and maple syrup into shaker and muddle

  • Add scotch, bourbon and lemon juice to shaker with ice; shake vigorously for 30 seconds

  • Double strain over lowball glass with large ice cube

  • Smoke with cocktail smoker for one minute

  • Garnish with orange peel
