Ep. 20 - Smoked Orange Maple Penicillin + What is Repentance?

Ingredients
orange slice
1.5oz Scotch (or Escape Green Label)
0.5oz Maple Bourbon (or Free Spirits Spirit of Bourbon)
0.5oz ginger syrup
0.5oz maple syrup
0.75oz lemon juice
orange peel (or slice)
Recipe
Place one orange slice, ginger syrup and maple syrup into shaker and muddle
Add scotch, bourbon and lemon juice to shaker with ice; shake vigorously for 30 seconds
Double strain over lowball glass with large ice cube
Smoke with cocktail smoker for one minute
Garnish with orange peel
