Ingredients

• 1.5oz tequila (or Lyre’s Agave Blanco)

• 1oz Aperol

• 0.5oz Cointreau

• 1oz blood orange juice

• 0.5oz simple syrup

• sugar for rim

Recipe

• Add all elements to Boston shaker with ice

• Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds

• Rim your glass with sugar

• Double strain into glass

• Garnish with a thin blood orange slice
