Ingredients

  • 2oz Mezcal (or Escape NA Mezcal)

  • 2oz ginger beer

  • 1oz honey syrup

  • Juice from half a lime

  • Lime wedge garnish

  • Salt for glass

 

Recipe

  • Rim lowball glass with salt; add large ice cube

  • Add mezcal, honey syrup and lime juice to shaker with ice; shake

  • Strain over lowball glass

  • Top off with ginger beer

  • Garnish with lime wedge
