Ep. 7 - Campanella + Marriage Roles

On this week’s episode of Drinking and Thinking, we’re making a cocktail called the Campanella and then talking about marriage roles with our wives. Ingredients

  • 2oz Tequila (or Ritual Tequila Alternative)

  • 1oz lime juice

  • 1/2oz honey or honey syrup

  • 1.5oz Aeperol (or Lyre’s Italian Spritz)

  • 1oz Tonic Water

  • Grapefruit

 

Recipe

  • Muddle slice of grapefruit in shaker

  • Add all other ingredients except tonic water to shaker with ice; shake

  • Double strain into lowball glass with large ice cube

  • Top off with tonic water

  • Garnish with grapefruit
